According to the new laws introduced by the "Sexual Rights for Women" movement", castration of men by Domina's, Mistresses and Goddesses is now permitted, provided that the wannabe eunuch signed a consent to be emasculated or a husband's wife has a valid document that states that she owns his balls and she wants him castrated. Burdizzo's and banders are allowed but for the cutting the Mistress must be certified, otherwise she has to hire a certified nurse to do the job at the dungeon. Hired Mistresses also perform home castrations. Gelding by Mistresses is indicated when husbands resist to castration because she has the tools and experience to immobilize them.
