Creating a "Ballet Heel Lifestyle" here at my training facility SELENTIA with someone else who is an altocalciphiliac, has been something I have wanted to do for many, many years yet continues to elude me. Now that I'm getting structures in place and formalising my priorities this type of lifestyle is on the "to do" list.
