Just as the doctor parts the lips of Jill's virgin vagina and the cold, hard blades of the speculum touch her hymen, she leaps from the exam table in a panic.  The doctor eventually coaxed Jill back onto the table and into the stirrups.  What followed was a long and thorough pelvic and rectal exam.  The doctor continue the exam until he came in his pants.  He then told Jill she could get dressed and on her way out to schedule a follow-up exam next week.
